ToolPackHub does not currently sell any paid subscription: no payment method is connected to the Service. The plans shown on the pricing page are a draft structure, not an active offer.

The applicable billing terms (billing cycle, cancellation terms, refund policy) will be published on this page once billing is actually enabled, before any payment is requested.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Distribute unwanted or malicious content
• Harass or harm others
• Impersonate a person or entity
• Disrupt the operation of the Service
• Collect data without authorization (scraping)

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content, features, and interface elements of the Service belong to OmniLearnConsultingCommerce LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property rights.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create with the Service. By using it, you grant us a license to host, store, and display that content, strictly to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of these third-party services.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming (United States), where OmniLearnConsultingCommerce LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming. Nothing in this clause removes the protection that consumer law grants you in your country of residence.
